Hi, I’m Rajni and I have over 20 years experience across sales, learning and development.

I have a strong passion for sharing knowledge and leading with empathy to help employees flourish in ways that are significant to them as people.

Previous Learning, Development & Coaching experience: Sales at Yellow Pages, Bauer Media and Senior Tutor at Bauer Academy.

Amrit here! I have 15+ years experience in producing award-winning creative for international brands.

Whilst Aneal and Rajni focus on oiling up and driving positive change on the internal cogs of your company, I will be focusing on reflecting that externally to enhance your brand.

Previous Creative Experience: Creative agency Art Director  delivering work for clients such as Disney, Penguin RH, Adobe, Ubisoft, Prime Video, Bandai Namco & more.
